\nWorkshop-ul se va desf\u0103\u0219ura pe parcursul a doua zile: prima zi va fi dedicat\u0103 transmisiei live din sala de opera\u021bii a 4 interven\u021bii chirurgicale iar \u00een cea de-a doua zi cursan\u021bii vor avea la dispozi\u021bie modele animale porcine pentru a efectua procedee laparoscopice de protezare a peretelui abdominal. The purpose of this Workshop is to inform and present to residents, specialists and consultant surgeons the new approaches regarding laparoscopic techniques for solving primary hernias of the abdominal wall, especially inguinal, femoral, umbilical and parastomal hernias. Considering the current trend regarding minimally invasive techniques in abdominal wall surgery, this workshop will bring to the participants theoretical and practical knowledge, complemented by their implementation on porcine animal models.
\nThe workshop will take place over two days: the first day will be dedicated to the live transmission from the operating room of 4 surgical interventions and on the second day the participants will have at their disposal pig animal models to perform laparoscopic prosthetic procedures of the abdominal wall. Trainees will have the chance to improve their practical skills through a day of hands-on program on pigs, where they will form teams of 2 and put into practice the theoretical knowledge acquired the day before.
