     Scopul acestui Workshop este de a aduce la cuno\u0219tin\u021b\u0103 at\u00e2t medicilor reziden\u021bi, c\u00e2t \u0219i medicilor speciali\u0219ti sau primari, ultimele nout\u0103\u021bi privind managementul cancerului rectal precum \u0219i o aprofundare a tehnicilor chirurgicale laparoscopice implicate \u00een aceast\u0103 patologie. O \u00eensu\u0219ire adecvat\u0103 a tehnicilor minim-invazive \u00een chirurgia rectului este esen\u021bial\u0103, astfel, acest workshop \u00ee\u0219i propune a aduce \u00een r\u00e2ndul cursan\u021bilor, at\u00e2t cuno\u0219tin\u021be teoretice c\u00e2t \u0219i practice, completate de punerea \u00een practic\u0103 pe modele porcine.
\n     Durata Workshop-ului este de dou\u0103 zile. Prima zi va fi dedicat\u0103 unei sesiuni de prezent\u0103ri cu no\u021biuni teoretice privind managementul cancerului rectal, fiind \u00een paralel transmise live din sala de opera\u021bie interven\u021bii chirurgicale din sfera patologiei rectale maligne, cu accentul pus pe timpii operatori cheie, cu discu\u021bii deschise la o mas\u0103 rotund\u0103 privind cazurile abordate. \u00cen a doua zi, cursan\u021bii vor avea la dispozi\u021bie modele animale porcine pentru a putea efectua timpii laparoscopici necesari \u00een cadrul acestei chirurgii, precum \u0219i efectuarea anastomozelor colo-rectale mecanice. Cursan\u021bii vor forma echipe de c\u00e2te 3, \u0219i vor pune \u00een practic\u0103 cuno\u0219tin\u021bele teoretice dob\u00e2ndite \u00een cadrul sesiunii teoretice.<\/p>\n

     The aim of this Workshop is to present to resident, specialist and consultant surgeons, the new approaches regarding the management of rectal cancer as well as a walkthrough of the laparoscopic surgical techniques involved in this pathology. An adequate acquirement of theoretical as well as practical notions in the minimially-invasive treatment of rectal cancer is essential, therefore this workshop aims to offer both to the participants, complemented by their implementation on procine animal models.
\n     The Workshop will take place over two days. The first day will be dedicated for a series of theoretical presentations regarding the management of rectal cancer, as well as live transmissions from the operating room with surgical interventions focused on the malignant rectal pathology, with an open discussion initiated by a panel of experts regarding the aformentioned cases. On day two, participants will have porcine models at their disposal in order to improve their practical skills and perform various surgical timings as well as practicing mechanical colo-rectal anastomoses. Participants will be placed in groups of three and will put into practice the theoretical knowledge acquired from day 1. <\/p>\n
